  As a previous business owner, I understand the time constraints of your 
position, so I will try to keep this introduction brief.
I have recently completed my training as a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE). 
My Past experience in the business market and my interest in computer 
networking sparked my desire to obtain this certification. I believe this, 
coupled with my strong troubleshooting ability, puts me in a position to offer 
you my computer management skills.  Along with this, past experiences have 
helped me build a solid network of resources that I can bring to bear on any 
situation that may arise. 
In the technology business, if you are not current on the programs and 
equipment available, you are in trouble.  I have set my goal to continue my 
training in novell networking, and obtain the 
ECNE (enterprise certified netware engineer) and the 
CNI (Certified Netware Instructor) rating.
  I also have a working knowledge of the following business applications. 
Lotus, Excel, Word Perfect, Windows, and a basic knowledge of many others.
